I finally did the lightning reflexes achievement!!! I found that reflecting a biter was too difficult to tell when his attack was actually connecting because of how slow it was but a bandit worked perfectly, because I found 2 I could balance reflecting 1 whilst the other was stunned so even when I messed up it didn't take long before I was on another streak

I already grinded both agents to 100, don't feel like slogging through more boring bounties. Sorry y'all. If they had reworked the bounty system or added a new agent before doing this event it would've been fun.

Can get bow from website or just reach the center... Don't have to kill volatile, just have to head shot it,think throwing knives count... Focus on story missions and you'll be at the center in no time for paraglide access and bows... There are places to swim in old villidor, like near a facility there is a canal.

You should have a daily and weekly bounty in the menu with tally/hash marks. Some of the side quests are actually challenges/trials. Both count towards event

well I do have a daily bounty but I also can't do that, it's kill a volatile with status effects and I'm nowhere near strong enough for that
