that can be prevented, but im specifically talking about how volatiles can't catch up to you if you climb up and down things right in front of their face, they take so long to keep up, also when you jump from one building to another, they howl at first then they jump and it gives you a massive time boost to escape them.. i wanna use all of the game has to offer and still get a very challenging and fun time, however if i use all the tools the game gives me (not counting the paraglider) you can easily escape any chase..

were all excited for certain things in the updates mod support on both next and past gen makes me happy though that's probably going to be in the last update but im happy its coming probably working very hard on it so its polished and not buged or anything

i guess there has to be a variety between grind and what the event offers, people expect things to be slightly different during events, and not have them very grindy. My guess is that the best way to do it is add new bounties/challenges that we don't usually get on a daily basis, and have a change of atmosphere (more enemies or faster enemies or having a slight design change for the time or the event (like pumpkin head volatiles) or just combining all of these). My point is that a new event has to give a different vibe everytime, by just changing small aspects of the current mechanics and design. Sometimes these smalls aspects are too few. There has to be a balance to it. It's also the fact that people expected an update to come out today as well so that's why for some people it feels underwhelming. But it being just part 1 i think it's alright for now.

Yeah they did not count for me either, Shen Xu has some very easy bounties and the daily and weekly bounties are also fast, then just did 4 nightrunner trials and I was done

As Tymon mentioned in qna, those outfits are full meshes not pieces.
If we were to make them a transmogs we would need to build them from the start each piece separately.
Which is doable probably, but I think new content in game for now will be more important for our team
