If you have the skill backlash and get hit by UV, throw your flare with backlash

#

It's way faster and you can usually do it after evading a tackle

#

Another tip I'll give is for co op. If you're hit with horde, keep yourselves somewhat spaced out incase you or your tm gets telebombed

Similarly to when a hunter gps, take the chance to damage the hunter if they uv heal (unless you have your light disabled and arent in a flare.) You typically wanna wait until his health is full, since if you damage it while they heal, itll just heal the damage you did

#

That and obv, you can rain death a uv-healing hunter. Being vulnerable and all as they heal

If you haven't figured this yet too, you can impale a hunter on spikes if they're in front of a pair of them. Though sometimes it doesnt register, but that's on Techland lmao

Aim assist is a term that doesn't specify how much it assists. It can be used for every type out there. It just depends which game you're talking about whether it is the same thing or not. As for DL's case, aim assist follows target for a little bit if the crosshair is already aimed close to it and probably slows down when over it.

Whereas autolocking is a term that specifies it further meaning aim is locked on target automatically and typically independently from player's effort. It's something featured in GTA V for example.

So as far as I know, aiming with a controller in DL is not that heavily assisted.

There is a 2 minute timer, past of which, the other guy gets a win if you drop out, and you get a loss.
However, should the internet disconnect for one side, neither side doesn't get a win nor a loss

It's generally known as bad sport if you do the other kind of abort on legit and good sport players

the first tackle was entirely dodgeable but he just didn't press space. It's possible to hit a nh between a tackle and gp but he just didn't press mouse1. He had all the time to uv for the first seconds of the combo and then grapple cancel when he was falling to dodge my second tackle, after which I would've 100% died to a heavy if it was a very experienced player
