also tackling alone gives you xp and hitting it gives you more

the best way to farm xp is to invade countryside and keep gping the buggy

Even still they can basically dodge all your attacks. Spits, they can dodge them. Ground Pound, just be in the air. Tackle, just evade. Pounce, UV or Flare. Like legit, the hunter can just get dodged like hell. When someone evades my tackle i cant get away in time without getting hit. Missing the GP results in the longest recovery time ever resulting in death. Etc etc etc

So whatever is the equivalant of holding sprint + tackle on an Xbox controller

If possible at all, adjust sensitivity on your controller to turn faster. It’ll help with trying to do tendril sprint tackles

I also got some improving to do as Hunter. For a while, I thought Mredxwx was the best Hunter in Dying Light and tried to teach myself watching his videos

That’s one of the reasons I avoid 1v1s as a Hunter. Abilities take so long to recharge, and it gets really boring cause it’s just very slow paced, imo

I prefer 3 or 4v1s where there’s just more things going on and the game is generally more fast paced. More opportunities for the survivors to make a play, and more opportunities for me to make a play too
