BTZ mode needs a major rebalancing

It needs to take ping and skill level into consideration when it matches you with someone I got matched just now with the same people three times in a row despite their skill level being much much higher which is absolutely ridiculous

It's one of the most annoying things about the mode if I just dropped out of a game because I knew I wasn't going to win don't pair me up with those same people again it's not rocket science
