group I was playing with lasted like 30 secs while downed, it's supposed to be 20 right

checked footage and yeah, the players doing that glitch got 10 seconds more in downed time, and like half of the downs I got would've been kills since they were down over 20+ secs, was hoping it was a group that wasn't doing glitches like that
