this one is accurate in dl1 lore because through the "Doctor's notes" in the countryside you learn that the occupation and lifestyle of the infected determines how the virus will behave and the demolishers are riot police because they used to be buff dudes who probably used steroids in their training and goons, bigger biters and bigger virals are industrial and construction workers, farmers and soldiers whose lives involved a lot of labour. There's no explanation what the fuck is up with the toads though.
The novel explains screamers which is that the contagion pushes adrenaline production to overdrive which causes the infected kids to be in constant terror due to the flight response and hence their behavior. Not so much why they're so loud but I guess humans can produce screams like that at their max potential.

I've only played a few rounds & every time I did, I got completely wrecked because the night hunter just one-shots me with impunity, while any damage I do is just easily healed when they grapple away.
If it's possible for the human to one-shot the NH as well, then I'm unaware of the method, but as I am now, I feel like multiplayer is completely skewed in the NH's favor...

In all seriousness though, you have two scenarios after a human kills the Hunter:
- Vanilla player who has to run to safe area / shop to get items / ammo back. Hunter respawns in time and human isnāt near nests.
Vs - Dev user who spawns in everything they need and immediately goes for nests before Hunter respawns.
Itās objectively an advantage.
