For tackles, you just gotta get good at dodging them and predicting when they're gonna do them. Also grapple cancel evade too if it comes to that. You can easily punish a Hunter after a missed tackle in most circumstances.
For GP "spam", you can just slice / attack them every time they do it

a headshot with crossbow takes away half of hunters health in 1v1

Prison is your best bet. bozak dockets only give certain weapons are certain legend levels. Example, you can 1 weapon on legend level 100 but anything after that, you won't get it again from docket.
