I'm using right-hand driving which is why your spacing might not work for me and vice versa, but these are my two T-junctions. Upper one being more complex but allowing up to 3 trains traversing at the same time while the lower one only allows two (Could be changed by changing which side the train drives on)

The explosive room is really tedious with no knockouts. No matter what you do the bottom guard will always break Ghost, so you have to lure him out with sound and hope the RNG is working in your favour.

I also had to practise carrying that bottle because Dishonoured won't let you climb while holding objects. Other than that, the first mission is not too bad and I think I have a fairly good strategy to get through it now.
