I feel like everyone isn't being 100% honest with you
Yes, the city is cool to "explore"
As in the map is extremely well-designed and pleasant to look at
Especially if you're running the game on a high end PC (which I recommend for mods)
However actually interacting with the world is where the game goes downhill
There's no dynamic content to immerse yourself in

• No random events
• No unscripted car ambushes like what was presented in the demo
• No minigames
  Practically the only form of side content in the game are these looter-shooter styled mini-missions that follow the repeated formula of "Go here, Shoot Bad Guys, Get Money" along with occasionally having to steal something
  The main and side missions are where you're going to locate the most fun aspects about the game since the story is basically where the developers put 84% of the effort into

overall: the gameplay and story is cyberpunk is fun, it is bogged down by all its bugs but underneath the bugs there is a 'decent' game, not a masterpiece, but a decent game which is worth 60$
