So they can destroy the hex undying before a hex totem can get transferred but ruin is still active or they destroy ruin and have to go find the totem that had hex undying, both wastes time but both can leave you without 2 perk slots.

It is really Unfun to play against since if you run hex undying, you won't lose those tokens when you cleanse Devour Hope.
