Well, it might not be open world per say, but it offers quite a lot of freedom in how you approach a mission and what actions you take. As for length, it doesn't offer a lot besides the campaign that sits at like 10-20 hours depending on your playstyle. But on the flip side, each mission stands out from the other and always brings something new and fresh to the table.
