I can understand why they'd think false advertising, because CDPR have been unusually transparent with the development process, so certain things that were meant to be in the game at one point, naturally got cut, or changed design. But that's not false advertisement. It's just the development process.

I guess the closest thing to legitimate false advertisement, is when PR claimed it ran "surprisingly good" on last gen console, which clearly didn't work out with how poorly optimized it was on launch.
