@slate fossil By the way, about the crucible thing. It's quite hard to preserve its ammo throughout. Again, you start with zero, can only pick up two throughout the level, and before you get to the hard part you have two encounters both in very closed spaces, both having 2 Tyrants to fight at once. One of them also has a Doom Hunter. I could probably save one swing for the finale, though.

Yeah, of course. I just feel like Ultra Nightmare will only be tough mechanically speaking in the first few levels. After that it shouldn't be too bad.
I felt pretty good in the later levels, the only time I was scared was in the final arena since I tried to do it without using BFG ammo but I scrapped that after a few deaths.

Other than those levels, it seems more like it comes down to a battle of mental fortitude.

The master level on the other hand is short, sure, but there are so many concentrated encounters right after each other till the point where I have no confidence going into that at all.

But hey, it's new, maybe I'll go back on my word with a little bit more practice.

I guess one thing is that it seem to have taken a few days at least until someone beat the campaign in Ultra Nightmare while the master level was beaten in just a few hours, though it was Zero Master so I mean.. no surprise there.
