i just bought the throatslicer cause i gave up on finding decent legendaries, in nuka world lol, currently trying to find all the hidden cappys cause i want that hidden room unlock

that and i keep running into legendarys that dont give me a legendary item? like a legendary alpha deathclaw had nothing but its hand and hide on it

I never had an instance where a Legendary enemy would not give me a Legendary item, not sure if you might have triggered some sort of item cap for Legendaries but if that had happened about thirteen times, something must be screwing up with the system.

Which was the place I chose, I'd rather avoid the ones that are populated or I intend to have my own little bases there, like The Slog and Hangman's Alley unless I'll do them for the achievement and roll back.

Hmm okay, I mean, the achievement requires at least eight settlements to be taken over, not sure how fast I can do one per each.

But yeah, at the moment I left Gage to hang out in the settlement just so I can grab resources from my base just so I won't have to go resource hunting again, and thanks to a glitch that allows me to multiply components by quick key press timing I don't even have to worry about the shortening in materials. Got to love these oversights on the developers part.

yeah ive been hard just moving stuff as needed from base to base, building enough defenses and raider stuff that they run effeciently at 7 people each with about 80ish happyness? , and i only have 3 outpost and 3 supply spots?

but once you get 3 outpost youll get the power plant quest for the 2 raider perks

It doesn't seem to attract any settlers, I've been fast travelling all around the corners of the Commonwealth or the locations I was able to find from each side of the map and even teleported from Commonwealth to Nuka World back and forth until I decided to just go to stuff on foot, and after all that there hasn't been a single settler that moved in: only the three Operators and Gage.

I don't know why, but I have this instance where one of the Heavy Combat Legs has additional two weight on it, going from seven to nine which hurts my stealth build.

The Heavy Leather limbs also seem to be heavy even with the lightweight mod.

Speaking of, I found out that if a friendly NPC is a Legendary one, you can see through their inventory and the Legendary Item they might hold on to, if it's good enough you might as well steal from them.

That's especially the case with Nuka World Raiders who you may encounter in the Commonwealth.

Like the one time I saw a Pack member who held on to a Legendary Leather limb piece.

Like yeah, the map might not be that big to find them all, but do you really expect me to look for it when there's places I feel that might be there but the game says otherwise?
I can get up in places that aren't intended for the game to be explorable, if there's no invisible wall I can go through it, I might as well see if there's anything in it since there will be a chance that one of these unintentional places might hold something important/valuable.

To be fair, the last Star Core is meant to be found after you power up Nuka World, but for some reason the place I've already been to before just had the Star Core for me to get the PA even if it wasn't intentional: a bug allowed me to get an exclusive PA I should have gotten way later into the game/after certain quests.

My Combat Shotgun does tremendous damage, while my laser sniper rifle does great damage, I have got a Gauss Rifle from a Behemoth. I'm simply not using it since I do want to get a Legendary Modifier to one, and the ammunition is scarce so I must find more ammo and/or buy it.

I did, but it seems like they just won't stop coming, I've read that it might be because of my high Charisma.
But also found out that via console commands, I might just Thanos snap a minor population of them, just to suit the amount of Operators/Packs I'd like for each settlement.

Also, good news, I only need one more issue of SCAV!, which will make the hunt hard but worth it if the effect's good.

pretty much, you only have to go back for the overboss chest and loot all your raider places drop off? past that its just for merchants/buying nuka world armor, weapons and ammo

I remembered that there was this one location where all of the Raiders looked the same, I just found it.

7.62 weighs about 35 for every 1k rounds, but it adds up fastwhen you have multiple guns and ammos for different situations combine that with everything else

There should have been more knives or upgrades to be honest, especially that you mostly have two small ones: Switchblade and the Combat Knife, would have been cool if we were able to make them stronger by just changing the type of metal it is or allow us to have a 'Sharpened' effect where the knife does increased damage but also ignores armour.

I've been enjoying my time attempting at pacifying different enemies and sending them to attack their fellow pals, I feel that if I'll be able to get more Charisma through legendary armour pieces, I might have a one-hundred percent chance at pacifying every enemy I get to encounter. So, like some sort of a Pokémon run, since I might've found out that some enemies that you pacify can teleport through different maps.

I'm working on building a working factory and arena to make guns, ammo, and maybe medicine to fund my arena fights ((taming and capturing animals and kidnapping humans to fight for red or blue team)))

I'm still increasing my Intelligence to get the Robot Perk so I can also pacify robots I encounter, too. I also have been doing most of the sidequests for the Railroad, I just need to make sure I don't go too far with the main faction quests that will lock me out from progressing other faction quests.

Firerate means nothing to a weapon that already doesn't have an assigned penalty to it (meaning you can get great DPS from Never Ending modifier), it just makes you reload a bit quicker.
