so far honestly. if I put aside the shadows on high-ultra halving fps halved. (just play on medium) i give it a 9/10 genuinely.

original chill yet engaging game that hits all the right vibes and the developers were really upfront with it.

if you wanna 100% the game entirely in one save file gonna take you about 60 hours. story only probably 15 hours. the game has a ton of side places to explore a TON of enemy variety and hazards, tons of customization, great music, pretty graphics, fun gameplay loop etc.

I dont have much I can complain about. maybe I wish there were more huge set pieces. but the ones in the game were really good.

uhhhh its the kinda mystery where you have to sorta answer it yourself. its interesting but the game isnt entirely focused on the mystery aspect. moreso most of the game everyone has come to just treat the zone like its normal.

there is a ton of optional notes and tape recordings you can find of interviewers and theories etc etc so you can kinda piece together what may or may not have happened yourself. as well as a ton of semi spooky things like some anomalies can mess with your radio and you might hear some ominous voices of the past, or something weird.

as well as other sources of lore and info. but at the end of it storywise the game is left pretty open to interpretation.
