Indeed, I always thought of something weird as a Minigun shotgun, but that itself would be kind of an impractical weapon since you need to get up close and in addition to wait until it starts to fire after some time after spinning for a while.

I also had ideas of enemy related weapons, like holding their arm that has an infused gun with it, but then you realise that there's no trigger unless it's modified to have one.
