From my experience epic is much slower, often taking several minutes to even boot up, and this is the case no matter what device I’m on, while steam starts up almost instantaneously

I only use epic for the free games, as I’ve just found steam much more reliable

Jesus spiderman 2 is such a shit game why insomniac just why

I have ONE trophy for the platinum, to get stealth kills from Weblines. Can't repeat missions or enemy hideouts like the last games because removing features is cool I guess, and random crimes are bugged to disappear maybe 80% of the time before you have the chance to get to them, if I do get to them I have to pray it's a crime Ill be able to get a few stealth kills at

Fuck this game, it fucking sucks. 10/10 story and story adjacent experiences of thats all you're playing. But anything else this is a 5/10

I'm someone who loves spiderman and loves insomniac. Spiderman PS4 is my #2 favorite game ever. Miles Morales had a few bugs at launch but they were infrequent and funny/harmless.

Spiderman 2 is a busted broken mess and anyone who insists it's fine and just "Xbox players hating" are either not playing it or coping hard as fuck

Spiderman 2 is definitely the most broken game all year and yet it's getting none of the press as like Jedi survivor for example that just had a few minor performance issues and yet got much lower scores than it deserved for that

Meanwhile spiderman 2 gets like 9's and 10's yet it's borderline unplayable. I got softlocked 10+ times throughout the main story, 5 ish crashes. The game has a lack of polish with removal of so many good features of the last two games, and not to mention the infamous cube glitch

This is one of those times where I believe that Sony pays off reviewers to give good scores. This game is more broken than ac unity, than days gone, hell ive encountered more bugs than DL2!

It's one of those glitches that in another context would be funny but in this case took me out of a very emotional moment

I love how prelaunch people whined about how the character models looked. They had no idea how bad it'd get

From cubes to headless' from floating heads to stretched necks I was certain I was playing a horror game at times for reasons that had nothing to do with venom

So yeah Peter might look too young but miles can't seem to keep track of his own body so pick your poison I guess

Basically I think what happened was that I combo'd her out of the play area and then when she jumped in I was mid combo so it magnetted me towards her and it seemed that for some reason that movement caused the boundary for the playable arena to shift and the outside became inside and vice versa

So Peter was able to be outside the play space but Everytime id try to jump back in he'd automatically zip back out

It's just too much for a random crime encounter

I had this idea of two different types of crimes, you got your normal red crimes where it's a quick break in or drug deal. Then they should add another color indicator for these more elaborate ones that have you going through all these extra steps

Wraith and miles should only help with the second type of crime

The most problematic killers in my opinion, along with their reasoning why:
Myers: severely outdated design that’s incredibly underpowered unless you use tombstone, which isn’t fun at all, not to mention he’s the only killer that can permanently run out of his power

Nurse: the only counterplay she has is mind games, and even then her second blink can often fix any mistake she made

Blight: addons are busted and turn binding shouldn’t exist

Xeno: no counterplay in the hands of a skilled one, your choices are vault/drop a pallet (guaranteed hit), or fake, (still usually a hit), and while nemesis has a similar issue at least he takes 3 hits, requires some buildup, and the first hit can be self healed

Trickster: nearly unavoidable, yet slow damage that’s unsatisfying for both parties

Wesker: istg this man breaks the game every time I see him, not to mention how stupidly overpowered his techs can be

Sadako: insane tunneling potential with tv spam, but if you play as intended or survivors hold tapes the whole game there’s nothing you can do against them

Clown: insanely powerful chase ability that has little to no counterplay, but terrible map pressure that once again makes the round incredibly boring for both parties
