Papa Slorghe tip: activate flame shield when u see ur ammo go from 0 to 1 to shoot faster. Kind of works like csgo where switching back and forth from AWP cancels the reload animation and lets you shoot with shorter intervals.
All the thermite damage stacks, two fart cans on top of each other, flame core, fire wall and a launcher shot in the same spot will stack. Except for the T-203 droplets. Which is why it's good to target round surfaces that when hit will spread the droplets more than a flat wall, making the area covered bigger and deal more damage when there's no line of sight for direct hits.
The tutorial video was actually not nonsense, fart can gas has a pretty tall hitbox, so if you activate it from above chest height, there's a glitch that makes it do like 10x the damage. But believe it or not it's more often than not, barely useful in practice. Just cool knowledge tho, if you find yourself trapping someone or being rushed at, look at the sky and ignite the gas from the top of its hitbox using flame shield and the gas gets an insane damage boost. Theoretically should work with flame core, but it's hard to use the core on an elevated surface in a way that it hits the top of the gas cloud first.

each time symbiote got on someone else it was always temporal

theres also plot points from recent years

where marvel did a story line where eddie got depressed

and a literal god told him that its not his fault

hes meant to be venom in every universe

insomniac claims that they want their game to be as much comic accurate as possible so its just weird that eddie isnt venom, especially when eddie was hinted in all previous games

theyre even hinting at the god of symbiotes storyline

cuz the meteor that the symbiote came in has the spiral mark of the god hive

whats the point of doing knull without eddie

the only reason knull had a beef with earth in the first place was because eddie challenged him

also one of the insomniac writters said that his favorite venom story is the 2018 run, the one where knull is the main villain

The comet the Venom symbiote comes from in Spider-Man allegedly has the red Knull spiral on it. Bryan (the creative director of the game) was also a huge fan of the Cates and Stegman run. Maybe there’s hope for Eddie Brock yet.

on the other note, people who got to play confirmed that you can use the symbiote abilities with any costume on

you dont have to specifically wear a symbiote related suit to use these powers

so far the only alternative symbiote suit that is confirmed is the raimi spiderman 3 suit
