I have a trait where I micro manage my ship crew too much where they perform 50% better but at twice the cost. And I've just talked to someone who offers counselling in work environments and I can go into counselling to "remove" my trait, to "create a better working environment" for my ship crew. They've not only fit the trait removal into the lore but also how you're able to remove traits at all is great.

I also think people seem to not understand how planet exploration works. They land on a single area of a planet, explore that, then think it's over. But a lot of the time there are multiple biomes and up to a dozen actual locations on the planet itself, and people will easily miss out on that
I've taken up planetary surveying jobs and I've basically just been exploring worlds and scanning everything, so that's why I'm speaking up about variety and depth of content with these planets.
And then of course almost every planet has at least 1 moon which are explorable
