I don't think I'd be able to enjoy dying light 2 after this came out with its old gore system

It was a huge downgrade from dead island 1 to dying light 1, and an even bigger downgrade to dying light 2 before the gut feeling update)

Also the fluid system never gets mentioned in dead island 2

You can actually wash away liquids with other liquids. Pour water or gas ontop of blood on the ground and you can watch it get washed away dynamically
