I don't remember this bug back in the day but it's been years since I've played it, but when I reinstalled it to try it out for first the first time on this pc, I noticed something VERY odd. It seems the in engine cinematic are locked to 30fps but it's JUST character bodies and camera movements...meanwhile particle fx, certain shader animations, and mouth\lip movements are at 60fps!

If we're going by a forgiving definition of a "weapon" then I'd say the race of Krorks themselves because they are an artificially created species
But if we're more strict about it being inanimate, then it's Necron technology. I can't remember where it is but they have a machine that shows the map of the entire galaxy and you can basically just tap stars and planets to destroy them instantly. The whole known universe of the setting in this one little sandbox. But there was a twist to this that I can't remember but it definitely explains why such a thing isn't everyone's main interest, let alone so little known.

And because the warp consists of nothing but emotions and psychic energy, all the rules and boundaries of science or reality don't apply, there is no location, no time, no space, it's just a dimension.
The chaos gods are concentrations of emotions of sentient beings.
All "hatred" flowed into one place and created Khorne.
All "lust" flowed into one place and created Slaanesh
And so on for Nurgle and Tzeentch, who are a little more complicated because they are mixes of different desires and emotions, just like there is more to Khorne and Slaanesh but that is why they exist.
But because all of the psychic energy of all living beings is in this one ocean, there is A LOT OF SHIT going on, way too much to explain. When enough of some type concentrates and flows together it creates an entity. That's why creatures exist. Sometimes every warp creature is called a daemon, but the conventional daemons are always tiny fragments of the chaos gods that they send out. The reason they look like their respective god is because they are literally pieces of them.

Idk which titan out there is the most powerful its probably one of those that are on some dark mechanicum chaos steroids where the machine starts literally living and can transform into w/e and absorbs everything into itself
Idk that much about them in the end other than the basics; the adeptus mechanicus has forge worlds that are planets turned into factories and titans are made in those and the biggest type are the Imperator class titans which are basically just entire walking churches and they titanfall those fuckers on planets that need some serious cleansing except instead of 24 tons it's more like dropping a whole mountain. Looking into the barrel of one of their guns would be like staring down an airplane hangar and to pilot one of them you need to devote your entire life into it because fusing your mind with a massive machine drives you insane over time. The main princeps feels as if the titan was their own body. But it's so demanding that their only task is just acting as the titan while there are dozens of other people with their minds also hooked up to the titan, serving as specific individual functions of the system because doing more than controlling like a leg or a single weapon will just burn out your mind.
