like i said they used custom assets and didn't just drop down the settings like most lazy devs do, the result that we got is a game that still looks stunning even when compared to the ultra preset, try running the game with a 1050 Ti (the equivalent GPU to what the base PS4 had) and you'll see how you'll have to drop down to minimum which has no vegetation and terrible textures as well as drop the render scaling to 70% which makes it blurry
