in terms of creativity isaac mainly because of the nature of the NPCs in the dead space games (theres alot more and they have more variety i feel so you can do alot of different things in terms of how to kill the character), you have necromorphs that have mfing blades for limbs, all sorts of monsters as well as bosses, as well as those scenarios that also have their own gruesome deaths, however in terms of shock value i found alot more in callisto's just because of how good it looks and how they're not exactly those "oh, that can happen" but wow that COULD happen to me if i was in his spot
