Never use dodge past mayhem unless it’s hacker or sicario

Dodge is the most overrated stat in the entire game, it’s just too unreliable for high level play

Hacker and sicario are outliers due to hacker giving healing along with enemy stuns, while sicario gives you and teammates pseudo-invincibility for a few seconds

Just use the suit, it regens bits of armor twice as fast compared to the lightweight vest, you want to use anarchist for the armor gating, and the suit serves that purpose best

If Miyazaki wanted you to play naked and with fists he wouldn't have added armor and weapons to the game, if he wanted you to player with no summons then they wouldnt exist
