Everytime you are in the hunters dream, level up. Upgrade, do what you gotta do and always spend your remaining echos on vials right before you leave

Eventually you'll just always have 99 stored

and they do it every time with each release

notice how whenever they include an AC game like origins or odyssey they'll give you the base game then have the expansions priced at insane amounts for the upcoming months, it's a shitty model imo that gets you to spend extra in the long run
