Problem is the company. They got used to deliver half baked content on D2 only looking for profits. They were for quite a time trying to pull some money from PvP stuff but wasn't being well received on destiny community
The full game releases this week and already seems half baked in the server slam. I hope they are holding back more stuff to give once is launched. The aesthetic is good but I can't quite like the character and some weapons designs
Another thing is that I was hoping for a all new type of gameplay and the gunplay feels exactly like D2. For newcomers it will surely be a fun experience like it will for u tho

Bungies problem is when they make games. They make games for profit. In Destiny 1 they wanted the Crucible so badly to become the next big E-sport. In fact they spent so much time figuring out way to force players into Crucible that they forgot to write half of the game's story.
They didn't even kniw what the Darkness was.
Destiney 2 they doubled down the e-sport dream by making the breaking the majority of weapons and abilities in favor of "balancing them" for Crucible. And locking 75-80 of DLC stuff (that you paid fir mind you) behind the Eververse loot box engrams.
Those of us who just bought the expansion DLCs were give 2 tokens and a blue.....

They hired Love, death, robots to make this model on the trailer but the game counterpart is way less detailed. They do that a lot in destiny 2.
