I tried forcing 720p and it technically works but it will revert after the start screen

Under normal circumstances 480p at the highest with a fps of 30
But yeah all they needed to do was change the 3 to a 6 in the configuration file that's it and none of the animations break I played through the entire game at 60fps

So essentially they went through the effort of increasing the resolution but not the frame rate for backwards compatibility
And frame rate was actually easier because as I said you just change 30 to a 60 in the configuration file because that's where it's frames are capped
That's if I make more sense I'll also point out at 60 it feels like an entirely different game and not in a bad way
