You have to do it co-op with at least 2 other players. And win at the end.

It also can be pretty buggy sometimes.

I've found if you want the achievement and such, make sure at the end all players involved take some form of damage before one wins. That seemed to work for me.

Whenever I shuriken-freeze two guys adjacent to each other (e.g. the first two encounters in the museum and old town radio station) and when I takedown the second guy, the game bugs and interprets the 2nd guy as both killed and not killed (cannot damage him, doesnt attack but is still alive).

How do you fix these bugs while in the middle of a mission?

Trying a stealthy attempt at the Radio tower. But this method always bugs-out.
