Easy strat is to go to the top of the Infamy bridge and use the zip line to go back and forth at night time. Tedious but easy XP.

Where the blue marker is, is a loot house, to the right is a safe zone and right across from it is a bolter spawn. So you can sleep until night time, jump the fence and run and kill the bolter and run back to the safe house. Rinse and repeat. It's only like 10 metres or so from the safe house.

Easiest spot to farm bolter tissue.
