I have completed all the side quests but two side quests named "Total Security" and "Big Bang Thesis" are not appearing in the quest log
I have completed the whole game thousand times but facing this issue for the first time.
Does anyone knows the solution?

bro you do not pick up big bang thesis quests it automatically comes in the quest log as jaffar calls you over the radio and says
"Crane Jaffar here, about the dynamite you brought, we have an idea about how to improve it, drop by as soon as you can"
After that you talk to Jaffar at his place, and he tells you to talk to kurt and so on the quest go on
after big bang thesis is completed you can talk to jaffar again and he gives you total security quest
