Night time is a little rough though.

offline mode is different, you still need to be online to install the game and steam, steam still has an online requirement to get the game, you can't just install the game offline using an installer, you still need to verify your license to download and play it, you don't own it and you're not always guaranteed the same game files because of updates.

Now there are workarounds like steam emulators which remove the DRM, but GoG is just more convenient and reliable...plus it comes with all the runtimes required to play the game within the offline installer.

Most games with a separate version do have crossplay between them. A separate version doesn't have to be payed either. Most games release it for free. I was hoping for a native PS5 version because:

1- better use of the SSD
2- possible use of the dualsense
2- new trophy set (new platinum 😃)
3- inclusion of the PTBR language in the full Region 1 pack (it was only included in the Brazilian store version at the time because Warner was shit)
