I've had that happen to me once before but this is the 1st time I actually took a screenshot of it. What I recall specifically about both instances is that I threw a weapon at the Bomber than had the Angel Sword blueprint on it. Perhaps the elemental weapon effects are at play here (?)

This game is full of surprises even after near 600 hrs of playtime for me - I just finished the Shakur cutscene for the oxygen bag quest, but on the street nearby a Rais patrol with a wrecked car spawned it so I went ahead to investigate. I kid you not, a yellow Rais marked van spawned in front of me on the street and started driving to the close construction site nearby, same one where Jaffar tasks you with confiscating the Dynamite. On the photo, the yellow van is in the middle right next to the white stationary one there :

I have never seen a working vehicle in the game besides Crane's buggy in the Following. There are indirect mentions of working cars, like the wrecked ones Rais goons spawn with but never an actually working vehicle.

After hundreds of hours of playing, I for the first time saw the Rias's yellow van DRIVE to an Airdrop in the Slums via the Highway on ramps two nights ago! I was so stunned that the vans worked that I forgot the Alexi mission had Rias's men drive into the fence of one of the safehouses 😂

That doesn't count fully since it's a scripted event in what seems to be an in-real time cutscene, you can't see it unless you find Kristov for Alexei. What I just saw though - I have no explanation for that.

Unfortunately some background and terrain textures here and there do look extremely pixelated but these are hard to come across so that's not even the biggest of concerns. If the game does get a remaster or a remake, I'm most thrilled to see what Techsent have to offer in terms of the lightning, especially the shadows - for a game from 2015, the shadows look stunning and realistic. NVidia did a number on their in-game settings implementation (at least on PC, not aware if stuff like NVidia PCSS shadows, DoF etc. are present on consoles too).

Also something that could use some fine-tuning would be the model and texture variants for some of the infected especially late game - early game Infected (Biters, Virals etc.) have the most randomized clothing and facial textures unlike the late game infected + the fact most of the male infected late game seem to be just the Harran equivalent of SWAT and military personnel is kind of unrealistic.

the safehouse you unlock after defeating Bento and his crew is a pharmacy that has Gauze, consumables, Alcohol and in rare cases Medkits respawning daily inside the Aid Cabinets and the fridge inside + there is the pharmacy close to the Bazaar and a Bolter feeding ground that has crafting materials on the 2nd and 3rd floor + a pharmacy with a cash register on the 1st and an Ambulance outside of it

@fading verge This is a DLC weapon found inside the "Dieselpunk" bundle - like me and War just mentioned, we have (I rather had) that reserved for occasions in which we run into cheaters inside BTZ, never use broken stuff against legit people - you'll end up doing more harm than good, perhaps end up pushing someone legit with less patience and tolerance down the cheating path. We have plenty of hackers in BTZ across all consoles as it is.

Dunno what to tell ya besides any other way is probably gonna be a longer grind for good damage buffs. Spend an hour doing stuffed turtle QZ and redeem them in nightmare mode. I grind out a hundred and redeem them, get about 4-6 levels out of it and invest in weapon damage before investing in healing or stamina boost
