BTW There is a reason why the front gate of the Town Hall. It is a large area covered with UV, so u can deal with Alpha without his buddies helping him. Also, Alpha spawned in Nightmare difficulty only. Maybe that will change with the new update

I don't get at all which difference will be with batteries and hunger between restore land and nightmare mode

Well the difference here is that items are limited. You cant go and farm batteries or food all the time like nightmare.

Big difference is your backpack size is smaller but you can buy upgrades and you can also craft food yourself

I think the hunger is also more punishing in this mode

I'm not sure if Kyle can starve to death in nightmare

Also, in nightmare mode, DLTB survivor sense still reveals them. In DL2, no, and it is pretty challenging now with the fixed flashlight and gritty or default filter. Basically, Nightrunner Vision Booster became finally useful #💬︱dying-light-2 message

Well, Techland released most of the updates at noon or sometimes 4:30 pm CET, so that is -6 hours if u are on the East Coast or -9 hours for the West Coast

from the behind the scene's vid its the 'reclaim the land', perma death and car challenges. 'Reclaim the land' is non-respawning zombies, limited resources and being able to clear the whole map of zombies and events. Not sure if the perma death mode is just going to be added to the reclaim the land thing or if it will be available in the 'normal' mode.
