I am in the middle ground for a Permadeath mode but I heard it disables co-op. Immediately lost interest on that point but asides that, majority probably aren’t hardcore players to really wanna ever touch the mode to be frank. People probably just want fresh content or requested stuff. Niche community asking for Permadeath is almost equivalent to the extent as BTZ playerbase if I can picture it.

That’s the funny thing there. I mean to even outrun volatiles as well with it doesn’t do anything. Apparently volatiles will scale with your speed no matter what making it generally useless unless you turn corners or go on buildings. Alpha volatile* are a bit faster than standard but still furious charge is a crappy skill

Mechanics in DL1 were quite limited for the engine at the time. Parkour and Combat was pretty much the two things feeling outdated of sort.

But everything else seems decently accurate on the contrary for the sequels I suppose~

I could go on for days about how many additional beast mode abilities we could have if they got rid of some of the repetitive skills that Crane should already know at game start.
