So I finished NG+3 and started a NG+4. All of a sudden, when enhancing weapons, it only raises the damage by about 1k. Normally its a lot more. Any ideas what's going on?

Yeah you should be on the tail end of NG+5 / in the beginning on NG+6 based on your level

I've just been doing complete NG+ runs (all side quests and activities) and ended up lvl 168. And I'm not even halfway through NG+4.

If you want a more balanced experience only do story quests still you catch up to the proper NG+ then carry on doing everything. If you like being OP keep doing what your doing it’ll go away once you reach level 300 or NG+10/11

Does anyone know how to level up legend level fairly quick? Just finished the campaign and got to legend level 2 but I dont want to replay the story 10 plus times to hit 300 but want to farm xp before I go into a new ng+

Only way is to play story missions, side missions, and activities. Its not too bad. I'm lvl 168 on NG+4.

I wouldn't say a lot harder. It just makes it so it's balanced. On NG+4, its just as difficult as NG+2 or NG+3, but not more difficult imo.

Thats a shame. Thats the fun of hitting end game is being strong. Im guessing though as you go up in legend it does get easier as on videos ive seen people with 68 million+ damage

Yes there are weapons with millions of damage but since the level scales with your NG+ progress, enemies end up being able to take millions in damage, so you're never really OP even at legend level 300.

You do become OP at legend 300, just by the way the weapons themselves scale. NG+ cycles will continuously scale enemy damage, but their health doesn't scale as severely as you would expect

DLTB's NG+ enemies die much more quickly than any other DL game, 1 and 2 both had pretty significant boosts in enemy stats comparitively

Nightmare NG+1 in DL1 had biters that could tank upwards of 4-6 hits from a max damage weapon.

Nightmare NG+11 biters in TB will always die in 1-2 swings by simply being lvl 300, even if the weapon doesn't have mod attachments or legend skills to boost its damage.
