Yeah to get the XP for it, when you start a new one they’ll all reset so you can re do them for the XP. You keep your skills, level and gear but everything else resets

I honestly didn't use the truck unless it told me aka quest related, so I did the same

Yeah I didn’t use it much on my first playthrough, especially since NG+ wasn’t out yet so I explored everything there was to in foot now I use the truck everytime im near one, and I know the map like the back of my hand so I don’t follow the gps most the time and use short cuts to get around the truck is very fun especially on PS5 with the controller they did a great job with the vehicle. It’s fun to drive my only complaint is it should be a bit faster

Driving feels satisfying, drifting is really fun and everything looks great especially in first person.

Also holds 4 people for co op which is nice and people can shoot out the windows or stand in the bed of the truck and melee or shoot enemies it’s a good time for sure

if we could drive multiple types of vehicles

and in nightmare mode some could no longer work when you enter them

Vans, trucks, buggies, sedans, motorbikes, quads, bikes, skateboards

Yeah it would be cool to have a truck, a car, a buggy and a motorcycle.

Especially if the next game is a city, it would a variation to the vehicles so it feels fresh every time you use one. Trucks could be good for tough terrain and hills , cars could be your everyday type vehicles good for flat ground, buggy would be cool for farmlands/ grass lands and bikes would be good for getting through tight areas you wouldn’t normally be able to get through. Doesn’t even have to be that deep but having multiple options would be nice

I definitely want the next game to have survivors around the map similar to DL2 how you can find them patrolling safe zones, up on roof tops, I mean they’re everywhere really it makes the world believable and feel more alive. The beast survivors are only in safe zones other than random encounters, bandits and barons goons
