@velvet mango I tried it out on the Toxic Relations boss. From the start I emptied the grenade launcher, missed one shot due to an infected hitting me from behind right when I was pulling the trigger. Rude bastard could see I was running a field test but hit me anyway😒 😁. Another shot was partial, not a full hit. Took it from full health down to just under 1/2.
Switched to the blade launcher, 3 blades almost finished it off, took a 4th to get the job done.
The entire fight felt about the same duration. Was difficult to get a good time since it moves frequently. Would be a better test on a slow dumb boss lol
This is on a NG+7 run @ lvl 300
At the end of the day I think it comes down to personal preference.

Quests, safe zones, power and water stations lastly random encounters. Everything you complete a NG+ you get more XP for everything you do and it’ll keep multiplying til NG+11

If you’re going for XP yeah you might wanna try and do it all. I maxed out during double XP getting up to NG+4 so I’m not sure which is exactly faster but regardless if you only do main quests and speed run to NG+11 it may not be enough to max out.

That’s up to you and your playstyle really, depending on what you like to do and what weapons you choose will determine what gear set to use. For me I use and used the survivor gear set because I like 1h weapons

It's best to go full armor until you develop a sense of preference, then change your gear set to match it.

Personally, I usually use the Vanguard set and the mix between Soldier and Mercenary when it comes to using firearms.

I also have the bruiser set for my polearm needs.

where do i find weapon mods ? i tried looking from vendors and some dark zones but cant find any

You’ll see them on the map if you hover over Safe zones, power and water stations

Some are in dark zones as well

Just hover things on the map and you’ll see what has what in terms of loot, gear and mods

Mainly do story and side quests. Safe zones and power stations give either 1/5 to 1/4 of the experience and a story quest or big side quest.

Definitely get safe zones you need but I would worry about getting all of them.

No. Simply put, damage scales with your level, just the legend bonuses are, well, bonuses. With early NG+ campaigns being on the lower scale, the enemies will have less health.

Mine was never disabled but the pop-ups stop showing after I picked up items from a body. Its so annoying so I cant see what I pick up at all.

You can still retrieve your arrows just not every single time, it’s more realistic. Sometimes your arrows will break or be unusable.

Been playing DL2 and I’ve noticed it rains so often, they really need to increase the amount it rains on TB it’s my favorite time to play but it doesn’t happen often unfortunately.
