After update 1.15, I think something changed regarding their spawn point in the shops. I spawn at the town hall, loot the two shops next to it, but they take a long time to reset the manuals. I've tried getting them and going to sleep, leaving the area and coming back, leaving the area and sleeping in another safehouse and then coming back, closing the game and opening it again, but nothing works. Does anyone have any tips?

don't get me wrong, the shop WOULD be pretty cool if the currency couldn't be bought, and you had to actually play the game to earn it

for example if you completed quests or bounties you would earn a certain amount of DL points

imagine how cool and convenient it would be to have ALL pilgrim outposts quests, bounties, community challenges, friends, pilgrim tokens and SO MUCH MORE directly in the games

doing this could also bring CROSSPLAY to the table by having all friends there

people who play with friends tend to already be on the same systems, not always ofc

but the majority of console players play with console players and pc players play with other pc players

There’s literally a boomerang axe. That doesn’t fit the game but I use it all the time. It’s just fun. Let people enjoy things.
