If for some reason you're still not getting XP after the hotfix yesterday evening, I found that if you finish a NG+ run and start another you start gaining XP again, but be warned that new NG+ also rebalances the enemies to match your LL

Adjusted the NewGame+ and Legendary Levels progression curves to reduce farming exploits and balance the experience better.
Starting a NewGame+ will now check the Legend Level of players to adjust enemies difficulty accordingly.
Reaching Legend Level 300 before reaching NewGame+ 10 will make enemies' difficulty adjust accordingly.

well the issue is that

1. Not a lot of people are still playing
2. Some players avoid the night out of principle
3. There's not much incentive to explore at night(like, higher loot chances or something)

Techland also kind of has to realize that the reward thresholds are kinda backwards. In all the ones that require combat/killing we've met or far exceeded the goal by a large margin. But the ones that require crafting, looting, running we've either barely met the goal or have missed it

They should've set the killing ones higher and these "menial task" ones lower

We absolutely need skins, and preferably character skins I’m so sick of playing as clones, didn’t like it in the first game an I don’t like it now. Even if it’s only cosmetic I prefer playing as someone different while I play co op. I used the Hakon skin in DL2 for many many hours once that came out.

The Barons men and raiders

They always have guns but the best way is to collect all the guns during the story and break them down. I’m pretty sure it’s like 80-90 maybe even more just in story missions.

I have like 1,500 weapon parts it’s too easy to get and sometimes vendors will have them just break down every gun you come upon no matter the rarity

Also don’t keep enhancing your guns every single time you level up it’ll burn through your materials, I didn’t even do that with my melee weapons either. Every 10-15 levels you can enhance at least but definitely space it out

Best way to level up is by playin normally like doing the main story and side quests

Regular ones can confirm on regular infected are bugged (I'm NG+12 and LL 300 on nightmare) even when they're still left standing no prompt (only dodging or running into them could trigger enough stamina to drain to do it but its really rare. Anyone that says they aren't never shows proof of their NG+ difficulty or levels with a clip of them. Their stamina damage doesnt scale properly or isn't enough.
