you should be fine. just make sure you have grenades and beast mode. you can just run in and throw a grenade, if you're being chased, you can use beast mode to get away after you loot

You can look up the spawn points for them, some have more than others I know there’s a bunker that has like 5 of them you can keep farming. UVs don’t last very long and don’t cover as much area like they did in DL2 so they’re only for emergencies. Hell I hardly even use them im just saving them just in case.

Using it to get a volatile off of you is about the only time you’ll use it. But you can craft UV grenades to control a crowd of infected but it’ll burn through resources

That’s actually very slow and only works while your a low legend level, many other better ways tbh. Eventually it’ll cost a whole lot more XP and spamming jump isn’t going to cut it unless you want to spend months if not weeks doing that.

hmmm. the basic heavy armor is 51, which I believe is a damage reduction number, from hits being full strength at zero, and slightly under half with the full 51 armor.

I know I definitely notice when I use armor sets that area 36.

that kinda deflates my interest in getting to 300 though because 42 as armor for endgame is meh, and the benefits seem lame, from my view.

if they had the set be 60 armor points, that would be kewl, and feel more worth the grind.

When you complete them all you get the Beaver hat, otherwise it’s just for fun. Allows you to replay the game as many times as you want, some people do it for the love of the game and sometimes people will complete all 10-11 early on and as time goes on they’ll want to replay it every once in awhile.

Whoever was saying you one shot infected at NG+10 was lying they ass off lol, I’m on NG+ 8 and I’m using a 1h weapon that does 86 mil damage and it’s 3 hits for a volatile, yeah biters are one hit and I’m capable of one hitting volatiles if I use certain weapons but overall it’s not. So if it’s not 1 tap on NG+ 8 and for damn sure not on NG+10

DLTB probably has the most satisfying bats out of all of the games so far too

I usually used 2H slash in DL1/DL2 but 2H/1.5H blunt is the most fun in DLTB for me personally

ill be completely honest, the old town feels too small to parkour around, i liked old down from dl 1 more cuz of the parkour u could do there, like dont get me wrong, dltb has a beautiful looking valley but the parkour feels tiny for me...

despite hoow much u can ride around with cars, i use the grappling hook around like 7/10 since there is barely anything to parkour around on, which eliminates the chases for me quite a bit, they feel so exclusive imo
