The event is under the goodies tab of the Pilgrim outpost, not the events tab. Click join, then reload game. A big square with an exclamation point will be on west side of map on the highway, go towards it and you'll hear a call over the radio, then you can start it

You have to have been past "Power Gambit" story quest, which is pretty early, I think it's after beating the Hag Chimera

I just unlocked grenade launcher, I had no clue it had a bunch of elemental ammo you could make too, that's cool stuff

The PUBG collab quest was pretty hard for me lol, I'm just hit level 10 towards the end of it, but hot damn so many gun parts you could dismantle from the enemies 👍👍

I can't really give names here of stuff but since everyone know about the wolf axe i use that with the set that gives u the 2h weapon bonus stuff with all the stuff I mentioned above.

For 1h i use whatever the highest damage weapon is with the 1h set or melee set whichever.

Plus i use shock mods and bleed or fire and bleed...both are awesome for volatiles with the damage mods and the charms for melee weapone or the new PUBG charm

Plus all the stuff i mentioned above

My axe does 1.2K damage plus all the stat buffs etc makes it insane for volatile hunting too.

Mixed with boosters its insane.

But if u want the faster melee go for the 1h stuff i suggested also making good use of your beast mode to finish off volatiles

Sadly, I can’t play right now, but I’ve already unlocked the items on my current save. I’m planning to play again in about two months with a fresh save. I thought the rewards would appear, like the dockets and weekly event rewards that are permanent across all saves. I wonder why Techland didn’t give us the reward in the same way as the weekly ones so it would stick to all saves.

The PUBG truck skin does carry over and so does the Call if the beast rewards

Those rewards atleast carry over or Atleast I believe so not sure

the truck skin is obtained from backend from website to game, so it is indeed carry over to all saves, but the pubg rewards wont, it is obtained in game

If it helps, I even did the same with a Chimera in the game. Skipped their cutscene and figured out the weakness myself judging by appearance or ability.
