Yep, I built the entire system at the same time and made sure of that. Other games run flawless and ive been doing this since the early 90s, you name the problem and ive encountered it and usually fixxed it, these newer games however are a new breed of unoptimized examples of laziness or incompetence, or most commonly the symptoms of having too many cooks in the kitchen

Foliage is the number one fps killer when raytracing is enabled.

Really hope im wrong and they spent this time working some sort of magic, but just goto any wooded area in dl2, or simply load up the witcher 3 with raytracing enabled and compare its performance to cyberpunk if you need another example.

Im not convinced it is. You see. In the past versions of this on DL2. There was an option to participate. And when choosing to you got this cool little counter and meter up where the quests go that showed you how many limbs you cut as well as a periodically updated community count. There in none of this this time.

So im not convinced that the outpost number is just changed arbitrarily
