Imo the scavenger gear is the best ingame in each and everyway, it severely Enhances your probability of finding extra collectibles and crafting materials ingame by over 30%+, if you have each part, especially with the reinforced ones, it enhances it even more

The housings make more sense now too and I remember the darkzones in dl2 were activated by spamming x on the generator. And thats it. Now the darkzones are way cooler

That video goes over some of it. The most interesting part of the cut content is that they had an entire region planned called Elyseum which seemed a lot more somber of an environment than Central Loop and Old Villedor
