Dl2 was massive and spouless and empty. The parkour over hundreds of building with fast pace was the whole of it.

Dl3(tb) is smaller but fuller, less side quests than the first game. And a short campaign. But the areas have character. It's not meant to be a fast paced. Many of the fast skills from dl2 isn't in tb.

Your not also meant to hunt volis, they only drop old world money and MABYE mre rations.

I'm running a rx6700xt, could run 2k res in 2 on native without any FSR and high settings. I can barely hang onto solid 60 with FSR balanced with medium textures and low LOD. Makes 0 sense.

And the fsr obviously makes it look blurry. That's my only gripe with the game.

Him not dying from high heights is already superhuman if a normal human jumps from the heights he jumps you'll break ur legs or die.

Also his drop kicks is more powerful than a normal human.

All they need to do is give him more abilities and finishers stronger power when using weapons maybe run faster and give him more stamina.

Here's a pro tip to help you out though, they give you the UV flashlight in the beginning because in this game it's actually useful. In the middle of combat, when you're out of stam, hit the biters with it to buy you time!
