I love this game it took everything good from dying light 2. Added back the core feature from dl1 with the night being terrifying asf and dark asf. Lowkey, you don’t need to run, you can just slide jump the whole time and it’s way faster. The game doesn’t have enough movement penalties which is understandable but sliding while walking is something straight out of UltraKill. Obviously it’s a DL it’s not meant to have penalties, but the slide hop and walk slides are just weird

Entry 2 - Today my new smart level is 9, so I'm reely much smarter than just about everybody who ever lived. When i went to the farmacy to get my mom's drugs the drug man said I could not have any more because my mom is a pumpkinhead now. So i started yell-singing in my super voice. Thne he said, ok-ok, and gave me the drugs. He was not neerly smart enuff to go agenst Gazi!

Entry 3 - Today my new smart level is 10, so I probably can't go much hi-er. I am so smart now I can barely talk to people because they are so dum. Maybe becuming supersmart was a mistake, A lot of peeple I see on the street are so much dumer than me and they seem to not be saying words a tall. Just noises. If they don't see me they just stand around doing nothing. When they do see me they act stupid and get mad at me for being so much smarter then them. I used to think people were busy and really smart. Becuming 10-level smart has opened my eyes about people and how dum they reely are.

Yeah, exactly. If I remember correctly, it was originally planned as a DLC for DL2. But I have to say, I really like the direction they went with it now. Techland deserves love for this—no doubt about it. I’m not a dev simp or anything, and I don’t post much in this Discord, but in 2025, 9 out of 10 games crash at launch. Yeah the bug is that it'll be bright out and if you don't check your watch it's actually night, that's the bug. So we'd finish a quest and be like oh lets go here to turn in a quest, then boom volatile infront of you during daylight to only check the watch and see it's 22:00

Well, you basically did not complete game, if you did not do side quests as well. It is people's preference. But realistically you lost about 1/4 or more of lore. Since many side quets has references/special lore dialogues etc.
