for nvidia with dlss. dlss on any level save graphics then exit the game. run it again, check if the stutter continues. if it continues turn off dlss, then exit the game and run it again. turn dlss on again. tried it 4 times and somehow it fixed my problem

Im confused how theres so many infected in the area/ town tbh. Population size shouldnt be that big and theres plenty of guns around because theres a local army, realistically the only zombies you'd see would be virals/ volatiles and maybe some special infected.
