First of all, thank you for creating such an incredible and emotional experience with Dying Light. Kyle Crane remains one of the most iconic characters in gaming for many fans like myself.

I would love to share a story idea that could potentially bring back Crane in a meaningful and powerful way:

What if, after his transformation in The Following, Crane didn’t fully lose control or die—but instead passed out and was later found by a group of scientists or survivors (possibly those connected to the GRE or a new faction)? They could have given him an experimental cure that reversed his mutation externally, restoring his human appearance—but leaving his infected powers intact.

This would allow Crane to return as a human with inner darkness, struggling between who he was and what he’s become. It would be a perfect setup for a sequel or DLC where he faces new threats with enhanced abilities and a deeper emotional narrative.

Thank you for taking the time to read my idea. I’ve also attached a piece of concept art I made (with AI help) to show the symbolic contrast between his human and infected side.

HELLO!!!! I'm Meadow, but my self insert goes by Mary Jane. She was in a completely different universe until her wormhole device broke mid travel, leading her to fall into Harran. She felt into the sea of Harran, got a bit soggy and decided that the best course of action was to fly up to the tallest thing in the vacinity to dry off; which just so happened to be The Tower's crane, leading her to meeting Kyle right after he had his first seizure.
