You're right, it doesn't have a lot of features yet. Thats mainly because I wrote it using the latest API. I originally built this project for my own server, but I thought I share it anyway

Looks to me like it still uses legacy Bukkit commands instead of Brigadier, so not really latest API.

On another note, the description and README reads very over-the-top and like slop.

For example:

Extremely lightweight to ensure zero impact on server performance.
This is a join message plugin. It sends join messages.

I don't think you can make a join message plugin be not lightweight unless you intentionally try to do so.

Yeah I guess if you do a Thread.sleep(10); on the join event listener it wouldn't be so lightweight.
