So what happens here is that that will slow down ALL plugins
Because iterating through the enum will be way slower because it's now much larger than before

My biggest issue was that in general, the version returned from api is not always what's in plugin.yml
And I didn't want to download whole plugin just to check versions.
And they not always are semver compliant.

You'll need to setup python3 probably with Anaconda.
And install the dependencies there. If anaconda gives you a shell, I install it in virtual env with python3 -m pip install -e . when in the folder.
